ADULT CLASSE GUIDELINES

I will not be taking pre-bookings for the class at present, but depending on group size I may have to. I will keep you informed if I need to do this.
I will still collect payment in cash, but please try and bring the exact amount to avoid needing to give any change and potential cross contamination.
The cost of the class will remain the same as pre-covid for the time being: £7.50.
RULES OF ATTENDANCE
Firstly, and most obviously, please do not attend the class if anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID, received a positive test or been told to self isolate by track and trace. IF POSSIBLE: Please take a lateral flow test before attending.
Please arrive on time. If you are early, please wait outside to allow the kids class to exit before you enter.
In line with Welsh Government guidelines – you will be required to wear a face mask when entering and leaving the building.
You will then socially distance to start the class and warm up. At this point you can remove your mask.
When training starts, you will partner up and train with that partner for the whole of the session, you will remain socially distanced from other trainees.
Equipment will not be shared and you will be asked to clean your equipment at the end of the session.
Unfortunately, due to current guidelines there is NO CLINCH and NO SPARRING training at present.
Please arrive wearing (clean!) training kit and if possible any of your own pads, etc. No gloves, etc can be shared.
You will be required to sign a register and give a contact number for track and trace.
KIDS CLASSES GUIDELINES

The cost of the class will remain the same as pre-covid for the time being: £5 per child, extra siblings £2.50 each.
RULES OF ATTENDANCE
Firstly, and most obviously, please do not attend the class if anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID, received a positive test or been told to self isolate by track and trace.
I ask that only ONE parent attend the class with their child/children.
Parents – in line with Welsh Government guidelines – will be required to wear a face mask at all times whilst in the building. I ask parents to socially distance whilst observing the class.
You will be required to sign a register and give a contact number for track and trace.
Please can the children arrive in the (clean) kit they are going to train in and sanitise hands before training. No kit will be shared.
All equipment will be sanitised between uses.
To reduce the risk of cross contamination, my plan is, as much as possible, to get the children to train in school bubbles. This does mean there will be some differences in how the class is run and there won’t be the usual group warm up games etc.
