We run a range of classes catering for all abilities, ages and interests.

Adult (14+) Technical Classes

Tuesdays 7pm to 8:15pm

Open to all levels, beginners and more experiences alike train together, allowing people to learn at their own speed and rate and the less experienced learn from the more experienced.

Classes are £8, pass you go, I don’t do monthly payments or anything to lock you in. Train as and when you want.

Sparring Class

Tuesdays 8:15 – 8:45pm.

Sparring is optional and at no additional cost.

You don’t need to want to fight to take part in sparring, they are an excellent way to improve fitness and your Muay Thai Skills.

Kids Class (5 – 13)

Tuesday 6:00-6:45pm

Want your children to learn a new skill, get fit and build confidence and self discipline in a safe and fun environment? Come and join the Kids Thai Boxing classes.

• Ages 5 – 13.
• Tuesday nights 6:00 to 6:45.
• £5 per child, additional sibling/s half price.
• No packages or monthly fees. Only pay when they train.
